SPOT on Facilitation is a 3-day interactive workshop designed to teach you how to foster collaboration and inspire groups to move smoothly from conflicting ideas to actionable results.

In joining this workshop you will gain vital knowledge of facilitation tools and processes, experience multiple opportunities for hands-on practice and application of skills, receive coaching and comprehensive feedback from certified professional facilitators and hear real life facilitation stories including the pitfalls we must all be aware of while working with groups.

Create agendas with clearly stated Objectives, Outputs and Outcomes connected to real business impacts.

DEVELOPING

Select processes most appropriate for the group's need such as brainstorming, prioritisation, and decision-making

Produce group environments that encourage collaboration and problem solving

ASSERTING

Manage time and progress keeping the group on track to reach its desired outcomes

MANAGING

Be present and remain calm to deal effectively with conflicts and difficult behaviors among the group 

ENGAGING

Encourage participation from all attendees by asking questions, listening, paraphrasing and supporting the needs of the group

PRESENTING

Communicate with clarity and purpose explaining the process and steps for each process
