Facilitation Training for Global Readiness is a project, product and service formed on the shared passion Hideyuki and Jacob have for helping others achieve better results in life through more effective communications.
Jacob is well respected as a dynamic facilitator, workshop designer and corporate trainer with expert knowledge of adult learning principles and a decade of L&D experience across Asia Pacific.
Jacob has a strong track record of partnering with HR and business leaders to understand the learning needs of the business, designing engaging learning approaches, delivering solutions in support of talent management initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of training engagements. Deliverables include corporate off-sites, learning events & workshops, skill-based training and one-on-one coaching.
Founder and Managing Director of Knowledge Signs Co. Ltd., a consulting and training firm supporting sales strategy and globalization in the IT industry sector. Over the past 15 years Hideyuki has supported IT and HR departments at the most senior levels in strategic change projects impacting more than 40 departments. Change projects have focused on role and competency transformation to fulfill the top management’s requirement. Projects have resulted in organizational transformation and stronger engagement among team members.
Hideyuki has provided practical communication skills workshops for more than 50 companies in the areas of facilitation, presentation, sales negotiation and management skills. As a professional facilitator (CPF), Hideyuki has crafted unique methods of facilitation and training. Since 2013 he has presented at the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Asia conference.

We are a proud partner of the Facilitators Network Singapore, a self-funding professional social enterprise focused on advocating and raising the professionalism of facilitators in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

Our 3-day facilitation course has been developed and quality assured by FNS and it's founding partners Janice Lua and Prabu Naidu, certified Master Facilitators by the The International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC).
